Retrogram Mobile Game

Retrogram is a retro-style word game created by Sim and Courtney from ‘in Color’. The game is available for download on iOS – iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. The game features Tim’s music composition and sound design, with acoustic guitar performed by Byron Grant-Preece. There are two themes (70’s and 80’s), each with unique audio/visual aesthetics that interchange seamlessly.

Viola Performance for Hollow Knight (composed by Chris Larkin)

Hollow Knight is a 2D action adventure game released in February 2017. Created by indie South Australian developers Team Cherry, it takes the player on a visually stunning journey through the depths of a dark world infested by hostile insects. It is currently rated 9/10 on the Steam platform. Tim’s viola performance appears on selected tracks, working closely with composer Christopher Larkin.

Crew Cut nominated for best feature film score at the APRA screen music awards

Crew Cut is a feature length Australian crime drama film, telling the story of a low-level criminal on his misguided final job. Showcasing cinematography and soundtrack, the film received a Best Emerging Director honour at the South Australian Screen Awards and received a nomination for Feature Film Score of the Year at the APRA Screen Music Awards in 2016. Tim was humbled to have the opportunity of co-composing and performing the score with Christopher Larkin.

Additional violin for documentary ‘Barbecue’

Barbecue is a full-length feature documentary released in 2017, examining the use of ritualistic barbecuing methods with a focus on bringing communities together across 12 different countries. Premiering at the SXSW Film Festival 2017, the film currently holds a 100% rating from critics on Rotten Tomatoes. Tim appears as an additional violinist throughout the production.
